माला फेरत जुग भया

माला फेरत जुग भया, फिरा न मन का फेर। कर का मनका डार दे, मन का मनका फेर॥

English Transliteration

Mālā pherat jug bhayā, phirā na man kā pher. Kar kā mankā ḍār de, man kā mankā pher.

Urdu

مالا پھیرت جگ بھیا، پھرا نہ من کا پھیر۔ کر کا منکا ڈار دے، من کا منکا پھیر۔

English Translation

You have turned the rosary for ages, yet the mind has not turned once. Put down the beads in your hand; turn the hidden bead of the heart.
