Jhīnī Jhīnī Bīnī Chadariyā
Jhīnī jhīnī bīnī chadariyā. Kāhe ke tānā, kāhe kī bharanī, kaun tār se bīnī chadariyā. Iṛā piṅgalā tānā bharanī, suṣumnā tār se bīnī chadariyā. Dās Kabīr jatan se oṛhī, jyoṅ kī tyoṅ dhar dīnī chadariyā.

جھینی جھینی بینی چدریا
جھینی جھینی بینی چدریا۔ کاہے کے تانا، کاہے کی بھرنی، کون تار سے بینی چدریا۔ اڑا پنگلا تانا بھرنی، سشمنا تار سے بینی چدریا۔ داس کبیر جتن سے اوڑھی، جیوں کی تیوں دھر دینی چدریا۔
English Translation
Poetic English rendering
Finely, finely this cloth of life was woven. What is its warp, what is its weft, what hidden thread holds it together? Subtle breath and unseen channels crossed and joined; the maker wove a garment finer than thought. Kabir says: I wore it with care, and returned it unstained to the One who gave it.
